Yes. New workspaces can choose a plan from pricing, and active subscriptions can change plans in the Stripe billing portal.
Each opportunity response you create and manage in GovEtract counts as one proposal.
Starter includes 60 monthly AI credits, Pro includes 400, and Enterprise includes 2000. Those credits cover proposal drafting, RFP parsing, compliance review, code suggestions, and the in-app contracting assistant. Enterprise also adds the voice registration guide for eligible onboarding accounts.
